Boyfriend 

I have had my boyfriend Cody for over 4 years now. We met in 9th grade, we went to North Layton Jr High, we met through his friend AJ that i was "talking" to, which was one of his best friends at the time. I started talking to him because he had a crush on my best friend at the time, she wanted me to just talk to him about her and what not, but it ended u being more then that between me and him. Me and his friend AJ "broke up," then me and Cody started talking more. We started talking at the beginning of 9th grade and after a month of just talking we made things "official" on August 28th 2008. At the beginning of our relationship we were in the "twitterpaited" stage. Cody is the sweetest thing ever, he was always there for me when ever I needed him. We got into high school at Northridge, and i made the cheerleading squad. About half way through sophomore year, Cody was saying I was starting to change, I didn't believe him. Then I started talking to this kid Blake, he seemed so nice at the beginning, we talked/dated the rest of my sophomore year and all through the summer. Me and Cody broke up. It was not an easy break up, i was so rude to Cody, and too this day i regret the way I treated him. Once summer started me and Blake were hanging out a lot. Then he started being really rude, and would put my down, he would say all kinds of things to tear me down and make me feel really bad about myself. Then when summer was about over, then he just stopped talking to me, when he did he told me I was nothing to him, and never was. A little after Junior year started, me and Cody got back together. Then I made the biggest mistake of my life, and did something I never thought i would do. Me and Cody broke up again, it hurt me more than anything. But after a couple of months me and him were still talking a little, then he said he would give me one last chance, and i knew i wouldn't mess it up again. It took months to gain his trust back, I was willing do everything i possibly could to get back what we had before I messed things up. I can't even tell you how long it took to get things back to the way they were, but it happened. Cody and I are still going strong, and our relationship couldn't be better. We are has happy as can be, and we are planning moving our relationship to the next level sometime her soon. Cody is seriously the best thing that has happened to me. I don't know what I would do with out him, he is my better half. I love him with all my heart.

I truly have the most amazing family. They are always there for me when i need them the most. the Garcia Family was established in 1992, my parents were both kicked of their parents house my mom (Rebekka) was 15, and my dad (Anastacio or Checho) was kicked out when he was 15. My parents met when they were 15 and 17.

When my dad was 16 he had my older sister Anjelika, and he had a "one night stand" with Anjelika's mom (Vickie) before he met my mom. When my mom was 16 and my dad was 18 i was born in December 1993. My parents both worked but didn't have a steady home. They would ask their friends for help, and they would help them, but just for a short amount of time. Finally my parents were making enough money to buy an apartment, and take care of their little family. When my mom was 18 and my dad was 20, they had my little sister Analyssa in September 1995. We were living in Ogden, sharing a house with another family which lived downstairs. Then when my mom was 21 and my dad was 24 they had my youngest sister Kylie in December 1998. After Kylie was born we moved into apartments in Layton, and 3 years later we moved into a house and have been there since.

My family is really close, my family are also my best friends. I think me and my mom are the closest she is my mom when i need my mom, but she is my best friend when I need my best friend. My dad is the same way, and he is the kind of person you can talk to about anything, and he will listen and comfort you. now that my sisters are older and becoming more mature we are becoming closer and my little sisters know they can come to me when ever they need to talk. They are there when no one else is, I can count on them to comfort me, and give me advice when I need it. Even though my family had a rough start we are still a very strong and loving family. I don't know what i would do with out them,.

Puppy Love

I have two dogs named Fergie (6 years old) and Snookie (3 years old), they recently had a litter of puppies each. Snookie had 6, and Fergie had 4. The puppies are now 3 and 4 weeks old. It is always so much fun to watch them grow up, when they start to open their eyes and ears, start walking, and gaining their personality. 

Its always sad watching these puppies leave to go home with their new families, but having 12 dogs would be crazy to deal with.

My name is Brittany Garcia, I am 18 years old. My hometown is Ogden UT, when i was about to start kindergarten my family and I moved to Layton, and has been here even since. I love dancing, signing, and just having a good time. I have a boyfriend named Cody that I have been with for a little over 4 years now. He is the best thing that has happened to me, he is my best friend, I can tell him anything and everything and I know that he will listen. I am also the kind of person who sees their family as everything to them. I don't know what i would do without them. I went to North Layton Jr High, I cheered there 8th and 9th grade. Then I went to Northridge High School and I cheered there sophomore, junior, and senior year.  I am now attending Weber State, and planning on getting my bachelors degree in Interpersonal and Family Communication, with that I would like to become a marriage and family counselor.
